Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused beauty products in their original boxes and secure them inside a mailing mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
